Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential
% \ o# U/ Z# e9 p. Dskills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded/ W- v O- | j& |+ X: R
program combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work7 t, a6 e8 Z& ?9 h& d; M, c. G
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
4 o9 b$ M9 N, d) X' Pwarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food

Candidates for this funded program must be landed immigrants, Canadian
6 O7 [5 B/ T! B# u& jcitizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:
3 }0 C7 N1 P3 {+ J3 W0 y* b* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB+ K7 _) \! Q& y* f+ m6 [
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-
; k" P0 {+ @% i; t0 Dsecondary education
, N X+ S7 ]. s3 v* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand
