求教: 在桌面上的文件怎么删不掉呀?

每次操作delete, 都出现recycle 1 item (0 byte) 字样, 然后是无限期的等待, 文件是一个很久了的文件, 怎么也打不开, 就想删掉, 却总删不掉.

每次当我要打开它或者删除它是, 就会弹出一窗口, "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available", 然后下面是两个按钮, 一个是Debug, 另一个是Close Pragram. 然后又弹出一窗口"Windows Explorer has stopped working." 然后是"Windows explorer is restarting". 文件是一个很老的mpeg文件, 是大学毕业时同学的录像, 本想找出来看看, 结果却看不了, 也删不了.
