Drill Bit Repair Technician
$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company

" ~) O/ V6 n- V, }' m6 |- n, \As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
: D1 g7 K9 W+ D- ~, F/ a9 Y3 K*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
7 }9 ~) a* ]  {6 U; l) M*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
5 r# m# K( C& `*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:
3 ?5 W+ |0 ]) k*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent

*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
! i. N, I1 H! v/ S- p# f& U*Proven team player with a positive attitude
# c$ z! v$ _+ o$ i' Q*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
