7 T2 e! t& g8 |( w( G, iTemporary to permanent position
& Z9 P/ Z; Q9 ?, j/ ]International oil & gas company
/ z0 [, W; n. h- Y3 BSouth side of Edmonton

As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
6 S0 M. K  ]& i$ V7 T5 U*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
/ A9 z3 s) X% Z) N7 ~* G! x$ D*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
% n2 C9 J. L* F% Z: _& U2 L*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
) H7 c' t+ k4 x+ ?" S9 Z4 h*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
2 I) `& M' w6 B4 \*Reliable vehicle is required
*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset
) z6 I9 Q! d+ q1 `6 l2 ^8 l*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
