Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right: ?- }; Q; o, Q8 x
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
7 C8 Z6 C' R- O• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives. 9 U0 t' a" d/ Y; V0 T+ [9 o5 @3 z
• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
$ {8 Y( t1 x6 W% _) n• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
# T% A+ c0 l: m• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. * q3 O0 L: X' L7 P9 D
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
- f( G7 N: V8 F1 n4 J• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
9 s# \- l0 z# F ?9 t• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.! K& e: @: k* M5 _+ C2 H
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
5 O N3 r- H: v* _5 z$ b• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
# H/ j% f+ u( i, e0 ~• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules., f" l4 K9 D0 `+ L& i8 J1 \+ Q' H
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
( R; {0 W& u6 C$ P3 B• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.( T' X8 c3 n# X3 e$ x
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.( o7 d- q; ]; w% z' B/ K9 X y
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.6 O2 H2 [ a( l% { M& n
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.- n& e8 R, z8 E$ x9 `8 W6 H4 \3 n
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.+ f) N$ s8 S, x% W8 v
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
# m1 y1 I7 m: x' T# e• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
. S8 F. K# P; z2 `1 `$ o% `• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). ( x, L6 \& I) D! r
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 9 }5 j2 F# X5 ?7 C8 n5 }: B
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.: Q% b K2 f; M
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
" ?5 M$ F' W& z0 h; I• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. ; Y; o1 H, A9 N/ P3 H, r$ f
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
* I5 n m% A; `9 q• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.: f% X C' q* u+ {+ k
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. ) i) q/ ~* p/ L* @! Z: o

Education / Experience4 w7 o3 m: |% D' _8 S" K% P
• Grade 12 / GED.
) e+ S: T% ?9 p- P2 W• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
- D) |! p% s& P0 ]- @! @% P• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 ~ y/ ?9 r% o1 K4 ~• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ( ~2 \ I4 X1 F7 @! o& J2 J
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. - t& I9 G5 r2 o; J8 |$ }
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.- U6 B/ ?. N0 S& h! c
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
