distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.7 w' l9 M8 M$ {9 O0 B, U' m
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
2 P# x/ R4 \5 A! n• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. % j' c4 T5 v q5 G: s5 O
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ! w0 P; t7 Q7 e7 g# `$ h2 ?
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. 2 ^! p' i4 y$ R' N% u
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.1 J; n/ Z% H2 O5 Y
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
4 i8 q' y' X5 H0 H1 c• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
* Y2 h0 C: u6 [" q• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
2 T, w! f+ l9 k; ?/ t- w1 K• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.8 u; s7 w/ n+ X& s, G- u6 P
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.+ V8 T# ]. q( |8 z- Y2 X
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

5 h7 `, F/ J" Z• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

4 S, s; L. e3 _/ x; h% k• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
6 l& {7 x+ J/ Y1 _- J, j( j* N' C• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
8 _( M, F( L+ H* S7 i! H• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
/ v+ R# g: e0 b) h; i• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.% R; W& l) F: ?& f0 X
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.# k' Y& n7 w2 U+ ]- Z. V @( n4 {% _
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
( J W8 h- A5 b( I8 Y% G1 ~, q1 x/ }. Y• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
9 k5 X) M/ i% @1 x# G8 R1 j• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
, W9 {8 k* T& N1 y u) E/ s• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. + h, z6 P* C# V7 H' D; b. y
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
5 I# H5 a& C! N* D% b/ r• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.7 U* H$ Y9 z* {
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
/ o6 i7 G" ?" R: x) z1 U/ Y: \• Grade 12 / GED. 6 d5 k& r" \- h/ V& S4 N; n
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ) I/ ?% v& |* v1 v# [
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 e. G- T) D! r( r a/ ^: {• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
! ~* {- i3 i3 R F• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 0 w* a% U* s# h8 s
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.+ d) t6 v# i0 G: h- {
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
