Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Preserves materials.
% ^% H* }4 N" F \$ G) @9 a• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
6 F4 p! Z! Y% y8 @2 `9 A5 B• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
% J: }% x* M$ s. o( t3 h3 S• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. : J- A% E* g/ T& M7 l+ J9 J+ c" L
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. 2 `% ~7 K* A& ~7 u6 [! c: j
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. 3 C$ _; z. g% K3 x
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
/ p/ Y" Q* I" a5 p% ~% Z• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 2 C; w1 C/ [6 e7 q4 p/ s( ~7 R' l
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 8 i% P! q6 L0 Y4 h7 G0 k
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.+ J" ]0 G+ p& }' I- r& Z
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
) t9 b, r9 _9 v5 J9 W2 I# j# e• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.8 @: H, T6 W9 j5 ?; W
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.* C: ~6 Q; D# k' o
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.+ |0 t5 L8 ]/ o# f3 V) g. w
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for: F6 r D6 P% C! C) t

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
# L2 L5 [, v F8 r• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.5 N( E, {- w) {
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
2 U: X$ h- H( M- t- e$ {• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
- Y& f: T- ?/ i f2 ]! U• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
0 ^" c9 D# \- X( l; L• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner ' Z- z- b1 K6 e9 W) y% z% k# E: `
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). 5 @% N, ^5 J% d6 Z3 w
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. * c: `& Z* j0 V( m }. P# n
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
5 g+ }$ Y: H5 f' w( `• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
Q2 U) }, ~2 X: [% n• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 7 h9 L$ L; k$ n: S$ Z. u
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.- r% ` M% ^; b/ @. X" T7 ?
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
; u; e& ~* d! d5 Y( y• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
( z+ P& z2 i4 o* R' s8 U• Grade 12 / GED. # |6 W4 n8 u# r+ U p5 A+ _
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 0 l3 \, ]+ }$ L+ [& H! T/ Y
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
" y' z" I+ L4 ]- @8 m4 [2 [• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. & J2 ~' [: F6 [! E9 ~/ s$ p% U
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 3 Q8 Y" Z; Z- q+ Z; P' r- _
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
6 C% U- a. N% _6 N9 q% l• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
