Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.& |. K3 X6 s( z7 g: @7 E

Roughly 400 kilograms of pot was taken from the vehicle and the driver and a passenger were arrested without incident.
