EDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants.( Z0 f7 c i# y, W* S

Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.3 j+ i4 w! Q7 A% l

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.3 ^" }; N- K8 i F4 K2 b8 h

Police say there were up to 1,500 mature marijuana plants tied in bundles inside the van., b5 J: t3 ~1 g& l. j
