We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
0 b. R# f1 s( ~) R9 y5 h$ B        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

( v0 p( T0 r) `( \        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
, v0 R, L8 K+ v5 l        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
