We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! N/ }* d; H, {# X, aEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
" G! D9 m4 a0 E5 G' e        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
$ ~' u; S6 K' u) W$ j( F( a5 y( K        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

" H) k0 Q& p; b( \Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
9 Q4 \9 I9 E  V0 V- p3 D8 N6 o) }        General building management;
! R2 j: v( y2 R" F, L+ V/ ~        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
