We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

. |0 u: n; Y1 [" S9 u1 Y! n+ w& a        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

" K+ G3 O) [, F9 r+ m7 UOther requirements:
$ t% p% U" V: t8 H; e        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
$ @# X4 S0 L9 D( @% V1 L        General building management;
% ]/ |  D* X, q8 U, W! f        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
& j: u& s0 q7 W/ k        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
