Depends on what roads they are, usually streets within a subdivision are not like those busy arteries, noises level is not as high as thought.
( I- l' _2 l1 aat least, you have only one neighbor, more natural light, better air circulation. There are some worse than a corner lot; those back on a major artery road- more noise, more dust and more chance of conflict with two neighbors on both sides.
Look like garage and main entry are on different side of the house, I would say this is a quite smart design for a corner lot since the garage won't stand out when the house is viewed from the front entry side.
