/ h  R* b9 K1 r5 g- |( D/ ?Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
. D) g+ ^2 q0 C6 x  U( QAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
5 s, T2 e( Y7 g. A2 Q" g1 l! H% ?Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
; t  q3 u" _% M1 Y/ p' \Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
