不要光看房子里面，还要看屋前屋后排水及前后院保养的怎样，邻居也挺重要的。

另外跟经纪签合同一定要注意，合同里有人会给你埋下麻烦。。。。。。

5. Relative elevation of the lot   6. Front elevation of the house.
