Position Summary

' f: ~: l6 X& \* V! Y• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
. O; h# x% h; K( U: F• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
" W: N8 l9 X) Z9 u- E4 u# T2 q• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 8 O# e& ~& q: C2 y
• Promoting TBL products and services
d7 ^% w3 B7 z• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
8 W9 @; V$ k" @* G• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 0 g4 ?3 O3 K9 q8 H" a
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 0 `8 S4 c& L5 z
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 a; a5 S: w8 J5 \- J; _
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

Education and Experience

• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling2 s- H0 |6 {8 J8 c
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.$ y* F! f5 e9 l
