This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.) r$ {6 M) h, d

Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm- |5 y, c Q4 c9 D% P+ L' _
Location: Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, 8914 118 Avenue

Entrance Criteria

• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
( L( T$ N& N8 n3 z) V5 V• Unemployed or underemployed4 B# a. G! J2 _" j
• Minimum 18 years of age
5 {+ c1 `( H. m0 P• Good moral character
. v2 o3 F# s8 [% P, f5 X, J• Good health and physical condition
4 t( e7 F+ ?* S4 \8 w• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+" m0 S$ V; {0 T1 y v
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license9 n0 ^0 O0 W' Z8 S' ^* d
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
