Job Duties / Responsibilities
' ?; o. W9 H  I' O1 r, A* b! }This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
% L7 c/ n; Z+ s3 R  b0 H. ^  ~• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
! e. ?/ D# ]" g: K$ ^. ?, C• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
% Q+ L( `& g& a• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
8 Q; h. f& h$ e( R0 d0 ]9 }• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
, }0 `8 q0 w% I+ J) u• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
6 M4 o, J& A- v5 \• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
8 p4 J, v6 Y* G• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
