• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.& p$ r/ }) j; Q; U) N
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports./ B# G, N* t# Y8 Z. o; x4 X
• SAP match reporting and monthly management- r1 s" ~: h- v3 W7 e) P0 z
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.7 w' m8 ~4 Q" e/ Y. ^
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.$ t( C+ \8 s( B" N) d0 J/ D3 i
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.* H$ W8 Z+ _ [0 a! W$ i2 @
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
' @ v3 Q& @1 n/ P• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.8 } S. H7 y: S# D3 U6 _4 S' e
• Order business cards as required.

• Grade 12 or equivalent/ O% p4 Q0 Y% O% m( s* h
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar). b. A/ `8 g- g% L: H
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience6 t) J, {9 L, ^. C
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater; k `' R! n5 v' @' y5 t
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 0 ]( S& \! Z( X0 M) J4 e! T
• Attention to detail is required.
