4 F. p8 R1 m7 X) {8 m, g/ ~• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.6 n) y8 a' s. P
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

Education / Experience

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience" F( j" F, f8 o4 h6 _$ l. X1 ?
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater0 U3 N2 B, t% u: r
