Job Duties / Responsibilities" f! R4 [, X( Z# D+ t! X+ v
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
: ~( c ~. U; S: ^& l8 {- b• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.. H! ]* m% }- Z4 h3 Q4 y# |/ q
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
+ g& h6 ?6 P) h7 O/ T+ I• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
! R# k5 v/ ^9 b* B4 Q9 T& E7 o& v• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.' G) q4 A V) K1 }3 F0 ]' X
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
" `7 U2 i8 }) @) V# w• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.. a" n( v7 m& G$ V5 l0 o! M
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.' t+ z& \/ j, e0 ^( U7 C* ^4 i
• Order business cards as required.
. j! V7 j$ q3 N. ~• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)) N2 z" t2 Y: ?7 |, {" Z$ ?& k
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.% u P2 ^$ G, L5 K& T& s! o
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training! J" A; o) i8 m& C' `8 @) D: m

Education / Experience
7 i# X! d. v6 l3 y! y• Grade 12 or equivalent
6 ?5 w2 J8 p) n) C3 t$ i• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar) q( z* f8 u+ `/ N" [9 `
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
. A8 C3 R% N- N$ B) L- }: @+ Y2 H• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater) H3 l+ Y1 `3 k
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
