" l* B  I  Q0 ~* ^. B- @• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
& ~0 h7 ~3 a1 y& F, U• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.: u3 I% d, K& R& Z+ r7 f- J% T( b, z
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
. R. Z" W0 r8 c3 M! c: B; b0 k• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
' D# p: F- O4 j7 a2 V" ~7 b• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
8 c; d" y, }2 O! ^: `- Y$ F% O, B• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.8 j$ ^2 i3 O3 S1 O& q8 j# `/ f
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.) n1 Q% B0 X( g8 ]1 ~& ~  N
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
, J8 n8 {$ H8 V# A  g) x• Order business cards as required.# X1 y# @" B) Z: u/ U
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
; V' @6 H3 l- v1 X# S% W; t" z• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
0 v; _5 O- _2 g& n. L& _* M• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
/ d+ ?# u4 X% u4 O  @" G( O• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.6 ?" A6 U5 G9 L3 Q2 q& @6 J) P
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
. ]* t4 b0 J, |! P7 ^; F" _  l• Grade 12 or equivalent
+ d9 r0 _: A: I( ?7 I* O• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)9 r, b4 ?( f, ^# O/ M) h
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience# {6 v3 }' G/ @" t
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater5 G- D# P, `: B9 C! W* A
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
8 W" f) @4 Y3 Q! v4 P2 L- ?2 y• Attention to detail is required.
* |) U' i/ X% d• High level of customer service skills is a must.' F# E5 j! y. k- A
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.

• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.- t5 X  a# q$ Q! L  q5 s
• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
