. `$ ^$ ]# v" P$ P1 C• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

$ @4 b0 Z: V1 g2 e' z• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
: K- y3 J$ ]: Q# U' m0 E! h0 c9 ?• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
8 ^) a" y5 M- k4 V• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
3 p/ A9 \6 Y& E. v• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)0 k, }$ h$ V& Q4 n, @
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
# {4 X3 p; k6 r# Y9 S• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

& `" b: n4 y7 F9 R# H• Grade 12 or equivalent: F/ Z) i; r( `( `: T
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)& S6 ~0 G% k _- u C
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience2 r! X" d/ [! l) V3 Z) ~" E% d/ X
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
, M p' s, T) |# v• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
