Job Duties / Responsibilities
( \4 t0 x$ x2 G' q• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.+ J5 V% a k$ O4 H% `! e+ V+ R0 h, v
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.. {7 A9 U% j" d: h
• SAP match reporting and monthly management$ F" O M) f9 R/ Q2 f8 V3 K3 `2 o
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
* q0 D' z# G1 T2 W• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
2 O: t+ E% d8 [/ l+ @' h• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
8 C E" O! E' e/ W* B• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.* s+ N: ~+ q- J& K( i
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)1 U2 w4 \3 u# E1 x. Z/ H }0 O& A
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
: a" o( q7 ]1 v• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.: {1 K: h: T$ s; V, ~. W! l/ H
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.3 B( \+ y2 W! O& I U
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training9 ?( |" [+ R& d. N7 _& m

• Grade 12 or equivalent, Q {6 U9 O( i% ]' m
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar), X, T+ E6 A, Z# E4 h" ]
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience+ W8 J% f, f. s# { B8 M
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
! G" u. q) y3 t. u; l• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
