Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
I+ j$ ?5 K- M7 c• SAP match reporting and monthly management- A+ c: Z7 v: ]4 h5 o3 }" h
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies." d& @, x. b* N, C
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.7 u1 ~& `' W5 g( T
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.: {" O5 @4 `$ A/ u+ H$ @3 J: u
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.. o) e) s' ~9 s0 C1 T( x
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.- x& ?6 ~5 k+ G3 z5 O9 @& \
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff." [4 R' B2 ?, Z: U: _
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

% R) _. G4 k' \4 h+ i, s s' K: p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
