• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
" L9 K, a4 A8 s- Q" d' t• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
# Q/ ?3 Q+ G9 S# O• SAP match reporting and monthly management
5 I @4 _- O7 j1 O7 z• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.6 g2 e) ~: S5 l( d# D
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.& q. _# R4 N2 `7 Q8 }6 L
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.9 }& R) X( F6 @" x( w8 z
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator./ j4 n$ |; J! f6 B/ w; N! t; p- ]
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.8 M7 g/ L7 X K
• Order business cards as required.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

Education / Experience
9 s8 r3 K, n6 ]) j6 l• Grade 12 or equivalent: g' Y* o! i, ~) q' R8 y
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)- _, W4 k X) B0 o/ O$ E' ^# B1 n
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience, g+ p5 @/ e; E: K7 V
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater1 u: @3 j/ I. d" h( ~) U
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 3 M1 L O( e2 _& e; C# Q
• Attention to detail is required.
