C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
" W4 t( ]5 b5 m; Q' u•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
  ^, _+ g2 M( T* q& n! f( B•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
/ d; N* R6 Z; S4 w# s7 B1 p8 U•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
! v: X# W; B: L•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
$ g- G7 S+ |) p+ z•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
+ R+ i0 o; t- w5 y2 Q•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& U4 h# ^5 L9 ~0 |1 j! S! p5 i•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
4 g( ^( M( |% n8 ]•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
) v& Q! f+ E- R# }8 O  }% }9 p•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
