C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
2 ?4 n- S9 C* M+ E- HDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
9 ?9 e7 M' @# K+ U) p. B7 Y1 X•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
4 U$ M4 E" j6 ]•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
# @& B! z6 `' B) O. vMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
" o- o- w  c& Z" |& G•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
; Q6 K1 y. h/ n- |& f* O# ?: ~5 V& X•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
' D: W! i2 s1 n1 p•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
( B& `, Q7 @! v* ~: m+ I7 X! l. i•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
