C# Systems Analyst

8 \8 b* Q$ g& U$ j; w/ C  X3 U; nC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
( c3 S( ^; q9 |% ^Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
; G( Q" U+ u5 [0 U( W9 N% Q•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
" L* l7 o2 W1 V$ {3 R  A•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
6 O& l. K! a( \, B•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; F6 w+ Q% q/ x7 @•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
$ A3 A- H: q1 H9 O•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
* H8 J/ [( d4 |5 b) L! K$ E* q8 f•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
# X$ \2 p  y7 ]; o+ R+ R•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
; T' ]7 s/ v9 O9 w•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
* n4 }* R$ r0 H1 i7 [" [; G•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
. {& b* ]: D$ i•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
1 D4 ~- A" W# r# l. ZDesirable Requirements:
) r- q( |& y1 F7 C- [/ m1 ~$ @) I) B•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
: J) P) i8 `% u! U. m7 u•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
