C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
+ k, _1 p& E4 C& c' ADuties:
! T1 x+ ?* J/ @4 x$ ^7 }; v6 G, r+ U• Gathering and documenting requirements; 1 E( b& }9 I" b+ j4 F
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
" W. O+ m" Y" K3 R6 }# \8 S• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes; ; l# d7 e# k9 n2 w! v) I
• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
3 a6 B# X7 u/ y• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; - R7 X; ]7 ?6 R8 }: t
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
$ K8 Q1 {5 X6 q/ i' m; G/ l; B• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; * Y: J; v0 Z' ^" x% P5 P7 }
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; ' |0 R. ~) `2 p" s* c
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; 2 w- s2 P# U: |/ |5 k, t
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and ' _9 ]0 F* L, H4 _
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
9 X4 q6 v" q4 ?9 G& T& DMandatory Requirements:8 C3 {8 Y( ~. J
• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.- Y' N$ n% ~, }; Z* i4 b: \
• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
' ^3 C% O2 @7 y8 l; z, w& ]• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& l. {9 S1 H+ D* m• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.3 }" m) ^& O3 ?
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
' i/ H$ X+ d9 _9 J: }• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)9 |. q: D3 o- `: F+ L
• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
8 c6 x$ X: u3 l6 p) X( SDesirable Requirements:
! A5 y1 i! I% g* p8 K! d• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
6 I7 b/ L9 h- C• 6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
