3 V$ q7 A3 z8 x1 V8 e' U' IC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
- Z2 Q8 L: N. S, f) @3 UDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
( `7 A( A! i" K3 L! S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
1 u6 I* S$ L0 E7 U! G' [5 A, M•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
" ?- A. q) o% Y) X6 F; `•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
+ Y6 Z4 i% P' \  _•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
6 a4 n- p8 {, J% M•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
% D; I3 A1 _- m4 \7 \1 J! n•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" l& y$ n2 b7 V+ [4 l0 R•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
- {- T9 b" g8 N* ?( E1 s& gMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
" h0 Q  `6 e& S, [- H. a•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
5 `) |: |4 |) I) o/ S•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
) @1 J- ^9 a- S2 G. s$ V+ R•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
