C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
& |8 ^0 h+ z0 y0 SDuties:
& S  e0 H# N7 r•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
& Y) q3 y9 _0 ~" o; r6 L( I* O•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
9 v% e! C, }: M! Z5 W5 |•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
- y+ S9 I0 d; H& s$ U( ]6 s* v•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
$ H+ F' m+ K) v2 B•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
0 ~( m7 \9 K# I! i  z•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" U7 n$ F5 F6 A•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
; ~+ n+ g. O3 i& l, T•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
! v' s) E: v5 s" E4 D/ Y3 g2 }. l•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
. O+ a1 x; s1 X4 F•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
8 R: l/ T, V& R+ g# E/ [+ t•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
. P3 p& W( {& S, R7 l3 Q) I* y•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
