Job Duties / Responsibilities% t9 c5 C" z$ O: P/ d i) d3 [
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 3 d( c# @9 K5 \& f9 q/ e
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
0 H9 Z0 a* s. L& L• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 2 X) h$ G( R" j8 @$ O, `& b% K
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;1 h. s# V% x b
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 3 t% I# _8 a6 f8 V# b- ~
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; ! t; F: y! R# z" R" ?( U* _+ m
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).& m ?8 o9 o& ~+ c8 `. ?

Education / Experience
5 E6 T( M5 m: V0 m" f• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; : i' A% |1 r3 {% J* F3 i+ {3 ]& D
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
1 W; k( O: M& [9 J• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
' K6 j1 p! d/ K" n) H• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
