市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

5 ?4 k, p7 X* c; A不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)

# Expired/Off Market Listings: 142 (324, 98, 135)
! n% E$ W9 `$ M9 z/ K& NNet loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
/ j& t8 V: u$ K* s8 ^$ J4 D# V% VActive listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)

More of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

关键是市场上好房子不多!

, P0 y5 @- T9 G, H! B3 Q% X以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
