市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

0 F! j4 J& z+ \; A/ J/ J不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

New listings: 291 (306, 341, 370)
# Sales: 213 (225, 275, 261)
# z$ A: Y, t2 t3 V" s& z" S! U4 nRatio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)
2 \3 B4 J! ~# c( S7 u# Price changes: 159 (221, 189, 212)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 142 (324, 98, 135)
, j( a! C& u! T, HNet loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
Active listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)
Active listings for condos: 1472 (1485, 1576, 1560)
# C% o0 c( N# W' ]; H+ V; R4 X
More of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

现在看，很明显往上跑。

关键是市场上好房子不多!  
9 ^$ @$ g" `% `5 e$ p: \$ X& _
以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
