Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
% v9 h9 r5 x- @( R4 m  ~Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

; R; ^( q9 a  NMust be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

; d1 m# H) E  s- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
# Q0 m) e& p1 @, G4 m- Good time management and organizational skills required;
. U, q& j4 _  W2 @-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
' \1 e6 r( f- @) h2 p% b- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
