院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

0 V$ V4 ], d* c% Y! Z4 Y# ?3 cups saskatoons 750 ml + l! V5 P. } J( I% u
1 cup water 250 ml
4 K2 J5 @$ I0 I! w- \8 b2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
% y+ K. R* X) {# i1 \% \9 v# C0 P1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
- D) m/ M) L9 F, s8 bjuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.$ K( C( X+ a( S; Z

Serving Suggestion:

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!7 v/ j- u) F- x4 s4 V
