院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享+ q$ h6 Y7 `% T8 M+ G, M

1 cup water 250 ml
! u. s8 X4 J. W, X2 n7 |5 N2 W2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 8 Y, l, p, a+ u4 a0 _1 K* ?) S
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
7 b8 h, `, m8 Y. ijuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
