院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
( j, w4 K5 h, W6 r: V# M1 cup water 250 ml x. e9 `. L& _* A7 \7 l3 c
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ; H* z) [/ L9 Q8 i2 f
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
( s8 i; u6 J( d8 \juice of 1 lemon* 1 7 q6 M0 `/ H2 y i1 C* }

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool./ i. h0 j& _2 [$ x7 F
