some found jobs last year

I know somebody found job last year after they got their degree in Canada. Although there degree is not related with power system design, they have a strong backgound, working in the provincail electric power design company( Dian Li She Ji Yuan). You can check the websites of some engineering service companies, such as  Snc-Lavalin or Bantrel.

They are in the same field as me. I worked for power substation design when I was in China.$ p, n- S5 L0 z  f% l' |

; i3 C4 q6 D% k5 kI am in ON now. It seems that the AB is developing quickly now and  I wonder if the person who has the electrical design background like me has the chance in Edmonton now. I hope to get more information about the design area, expecially in Electrical Design field in Edmonton.

- s3 T( h% `% ^- l% }They went to the school during IT booming period and wanted to find a IT job. When they graduated, the IT boom crashed and they went back to their previous field.
/ [* p; p  M& }# g4 p
! q0 j3 S% J; p% H# mAre there Canadian degrees helpful for them when they were looking for jobs?
+ g9 q, Q: [6 r6 q$ X+ W
8 b7 @/ x. X2 R; dMaybe yes, maybe no.
- s, Q% `; t7 U: Y1 a9 l9 A% X& a+ p" X! ?* x& A# z5 E' \! o* ~
Are their jobs they are working now any related to their Canadian degrees?$ \' O8 {- U4 A! X. t$ V
. H0 p! Z% l$ s2 @3 `4 A9 q# x' [
Gernally speaking, they are all called as electrical engineering. But I think there are big difference.
