outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

  z! [0 d' `' v- F9 Moutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

2 V" T8 H: u) |3 Z1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

2 O: ^3 B3 y' M2 H( ?- f  \7 f4 U2 C2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
3 [8 }/ Y& L( k; v5 T- j+ X( d" \The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
