outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：, P0 q& u% O7 G5 ~1 ~; _
0 P t0 T, }' E/ n( o5 g9 q1.Open the email message from the person you want to add : H1 w- t2 B4 i* g/ E @: P3 E
1 k3 `+ N$ b( u* t& G: u% [9 K
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
8 ^0 M, B+ @; M4 aThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
