9 Z/ u, @0 T7 z8 g5 g1 o# routlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

. A9 z. P; J! r. M6 d2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts- J1 w) Q1 o. Z/ q& B+ d6 e0 s3 H! b$ A
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.2 {) j9 c! f0 F% P

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
