The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors. Responsibilities include:

* @: M' c% s0 u· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP. w2 m4 L: h! W$ D2 i

; K; f9 X4 H. ]& l; I· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

· Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.( n1 T) H* x$ b; |- V% y% L

· Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some lifting, bending, and carrying material.
