· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
