主申请人达到了CEC的工作经验和雅思成绩的要求。但是副申请人（配偶）没有加拿大工作经验，也没有雅思成绩，这样能交申请吗？/ o2 d, q6 c% H; O" U
+ j# @' ^+ d' f9 Y
因为看到guide上面讲"Each applicant must demonstrates that they meet the minimum language requirements........."，所以对这个问题没有把握。
