range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
* T+ ~$ c9 B& H3 n3 ]4 t) U* }Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

; }' b3 n! y# F+ I" ?( Q- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
& i) |, P2 q2 O( `( G-Paying attention to details;
: X% I0 a% P9 `8 v. _5 n6 r- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
) J2 N  I1 o! k+ ?5 j. o% \+ c- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
5 _' V6 k* V) p, }8 ^/ O8 O8 e- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
+ P$ Q# B5 x) y5 o- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
