ASSIST COMMUNTIY SERVICES CENTRE
POSITION:  Program Manager/Department Head (Full time: 35 hours per week)
Accountable to the Executive Director for managing the organizations operations through directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established mission, goals, objectives, and policies.
This position functions within a strategic and policy framework established by the Executive Director and the Board and contributes to organizational strategy and policy development.
  K9 ~. X1 v  W0 cTogether with the Executive Director, provides direction and structure to ASSIST Community Services Centre program areas and operating units.
( s8 s9 z2 ]2 {4 d6 Q; xDevelops, implements, and monitors programs ensuring that appropriate and timely reporting to funding and regulatory bodies are in place.
3 P* S. V& o1 n- ^9 KQUALIFICATIONS:
) [$ j- x2 B( ~' Y1 A•        University Degree in a related field
•        Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit/voluntary organization
•        Knowledge of human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management
•        2 or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization
•        Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
