. r# _3 Z4 c& x* N不知道什么原因，我的埃德蒙顿普通话移民协会----EMIS专栏的暗码“emis168”不再好用，怎么弄也进不到埃德蒙顿普通话移民协会----EMIS专栏，现在只好发短信给大家。

* \, i1 Z# Q( @) O为了不影响学习和组织工作的正常运行，我已决定辞去组织的财务工作，只做一名普通会员。为了帮助顺利完成财务的交接工作，我已从银行把组织的$134.57取出（现金现在我手里），取消了以腐败和我的名义开设的账户。

I would like to take this opportunity to report to you the financial status of our Society and to share with you our up-dated membership list.

# @% I5 ]2 I4 O4 `" Q2 [+ YWith Kevin’s assistance, I have set up a checking account with the Capital City Savings (Terwillegar Heights Branch, 2315 Rabbit Hill Road, Edmonton).  In our account, we have $39.57.  The following is a detailed description of our income and expenditures:

2 R) K3 R* t% w- IMembership Fees:  $190.00 (19 members and each paid $10.00 for a membership) (Haihua Yun and Victor)
Leftover money from the April 10 BBQ at William Hawrelak Park:  $14.00 (Fan Yang, Kevin and Victor)
Total: $204.00

1.        $70.00 was donated to the 2005 Chinese New Year Celebration committee to cover the loss, (Fan Yang, Kevin and Victor), proved by the executive members on April 10, 2005.
2.        Registration expenses: $94.43 in total.  Details:  a) $42.80 for AMA NUANS Name Search, (Frank Mao), proved by Kevin and Victor.  b) $51.63 for Alberta Registries, (Tian Gang Yang), proved by Kevin and Victor.
Total: $164.43

1)        The BBQ activity in the Coronation Park on May 8, 2005:  40 participants, $258 was collected from the participants, $273 was spent on food and drinks, we have a deficit of $15.00. (Organizers: 嘉妮,   蓝莓, and老杨)  (Audited by victorw and 老杨)
2)        The BBQ activity in the Elk Island National Park on May 23, 2005: 41 participants, $191 was collected from the participants, $161 was spent on food, drinks and park passes, we have a surplus of $30.00.  (Organizers: 老杨, 虎吼西风 and Heartbroke2) (Audited by victorw and老杨)

From the above two activities, our Association has a surplus of $15.00.  This $15.00 will go to our Association’s general account.

New membership fee $10.00 was collected from swli.  (June 5, 2005)

An up-date on our Association’s general account:
