为了不影响学习和组织工作的正常运行，我已决定辞去组织的财务工作，只做一名普通会员。为了帮助顺利完成财务的交接工作，我已从银行把组织的$134.57取出（现金现在我手里），取消了以腐败和我的名义开设的账户。

0 b9 Z0 K& \; R: v( H. _5 qWith Kevin’s assistance, I have set up a checking account with the Capital City Savings (Terwillegar Heights Branch, 2315 Rabbit Hill Road, Edmonton).  In our account, we have $39.57.  The following is a detailed description of our income and expenditures:

Membership Fees:  $190.00 (19 members and each paid $10.00 for a membership) (Haihua Yun and Victor)
! T& |* W, x& i9 q- L2 F3 TLeftover money from the April 10 BBQ at William Hawrelak Park:  $14.00 (Fan Yang, Kevin and Victor)
8 q6 D" U, {2 z. I& H" x4 }Total: $204.00

Our expenditures:
: W8 s3 B- `& y1.        $70.00 was donated to the 2005 Chinese New Year Celebration committee to cover the loss, (Fan Yang, Kevin and Victor), proved by the executive members on April 10, 2005.
2.        Registration expenses: $94.43 in total.  Details:  a) $42.80 for AMA NUANS Name Search, (Frank Mao), proved by Kevin and Victor.  b) $51.63 for Alberta Registries, (Tian Gang Yang), proved by Kevin and Victor.
Total: $164.43

Money in our Bank Account (April 10, 2005):

I have enclosed a copy of our updated membership list with this letter.

1.        New Income for the Month of May: $10.00 ($10.00 Membership Fee from Hanqing Zhang)
2.        Amount carried over from April 10, 2005:  $39.57 (Please refer to my 1st report at http://edmontonchina.com/viewthread.php?tid=18298 for more information!)
3.        Money in our Bank Account (May 2, 2005): $39.57 + $10.00 = $49.57

Here are two financial reports on our recent activities:
2 [! a2 U1 D: u+ u8 g" s1)        The BBQ activity in the Coronation Park on May 8, 2005:  40 participants, $258 was collected from the participants, $273 was spent on food and drinks, we have a deficit of $15.00. (Organizers: 嘉妮,   蓝莓, and老杨)  (Audited by victorw and 老杨)
; W; R2 O% [5 z2)        The BBQ activity in the Elk Island National Park on May 23, 2005: 41 participants, $191 was collected from the participants, $161 was spent on food, drinks and park passes, we have a surplus of $30.00.  (Organizers: 老杨, 虎吼西风 and Heartbroke2) (Audited by victorw and老杨)

From the above two activities, our Association has a surplus of $15.00.  This $15.00 will go to our Association’s general account.
