I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. , }/ O. [2 s w# O! TI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license. 6 |( i* ?/ [ u9 u& |+ T- X1 Q6 W$ y" u1 X8 A
if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?# q0 u& s0 e6 ` |! L

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
