I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.8 Q8 o% p. Q, Y5 K0 v' C, v9 y

1. Don’t say dirty words to other people, like 不说骂人的话包括：

2. Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起…….
