Job description:
$ u. O; i% E' L; a/ Y- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
( K' _; b9 l0 J ^7 |; Z/ X- w- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
& E/ b$ d# }; u* X- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects0 o4 r+ \, \1 Z f
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
# Y3 g" \9 q- j0 k+ X1 \: U- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects! z9 s* q9 R! p, d, l: l w. `$ D
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices. D0 N8 M: ^6 l; A
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating$ Y! w" G8 A6 I
