2 \; u7 S) A4 \7 zSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
0 Z. Q% `- d8 }, cAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
+ B$ L4 A3 y+ V+ IMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

$ S  _" i2 z1 V, ]         Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
