Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
) b4 I; e! \4 I7 q8 U; dResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
7 {# ?# C8 n7 I; i2 a! j  ]Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
2 m! M8 x' ~6 U8 THire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

7 ]3 C5 [5 I  O9 BEmployment requirements:

! m& `. i' C) a7 G" I  i* [         Completion of secondary school is required
2 j+ g/ p' Y* ]* D         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
