' @9 L% B- H0 u6 P9 s6 P•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 z  `' k6 R4 A- v/ |9 F& s7 ^•        Identification and replication of software defects  
6 L% E$ w" q, \* H•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
8 y7 @1 ~. \3 S. u& W' y•        Managing customer expectations 7 s- `# ^: ~$ R8 @& B" A
•        Documentation of technical procedures
# p3 b' B" T2 y  W# X, m4 U9 h! G•        Trouble shooting client network issues % s' R+ R9 `* P. g5 E% }, c
•        Optimizing system configurations  
# F' m& \5 r5 V0 Y•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 7 s4 F! O8 D2 A$ ^; H
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system * C2 Y/ {- |6 }& v% F
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required
6 V8 j6 l- s( l  r& c  p•        Customer service skills . \, S8 @0 r. E+ i* |; E$ ^
•        Technical writing skills # m6 Q, r( {5 T+ D% E
•        C++ development skills 7 U5 D8 L( r2 c  R
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
) a$ p9 O# c/ B) J4 h+ K•        Network trouble shooting skills
+ M- o" U8 z9 e1 S•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 3 n! H" L" T- ?8 T- X" X
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
$ i8 C! d4 n% S0 ~$ W•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
