Position Responsibilities:( B9 p4 y( B( i) t! b. u
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 g( \* t, q' t8 G• Identification and replication of software defects ! H6 [$ Y7 N, c% k% ~9 w3 n: T& A
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients . {0 N! q4 d8 R9 P7 q; t# P) A- C
• Managing customer expectations " \# b" n) y$ K' t! i) s. C
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• System training

• C++ development skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
