Position Responsibilities:
- @0 k( J' b9 @1 P! {• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
5 W, ?6 [2 F& z) ` B+ l$ c# z• Identification and replication of software defects - z/ W$ p1 p- u3 o/ }( [
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
$ I7 {, O7 c% a( L• Managing customer expectations
+ F; L; u7 j$ V* W9 @$ K• Documentation of technical procedures
- V2 s' O0 F, N. R; [: A) N• Trouble shooting client network issues
5 j+ W R& o2 M9 \- [5 }• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system + G8 x, R$ Z( y( a, o9 e( C& T
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 5 c1 O. S( t1 w! q& V; J
• Site services worldwide

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Network trouble shooting skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
