•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
5 I3 c, g4 I3 v! S2 _$ N1 ?•        Identification and replication of software defects  $ P- U3 s3 u, O8 v
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
  N4 `, a5 y( e- z, {5 L0 M•        Managing customer expectations
( H. A4 V  g) o' l•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin7 r$ l! ^) ^/ E' Y$ c0 m

Skills and Knowledge Required1 q- t& W$ A7 J) L
•        Customer service skills
( W9 ~* @8 `% M6 h/ a•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 7 j- k% [3 V, X2 M
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
