: n. ?# S4 t2 T. F1 x•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
; k) j; g  P- I5 o$ t, \" }•        Identification and replication of software defects  
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
4 {* a1 G/ Y2 ^; V# n  f1 K* b6 p•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
. X! `# j4 |- y1 G# W•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide
•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently
