Position Responsibilities:
' w1 [2 |: C( ?) `5 {• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
& P9 @2 P: J- Y7 l1 ^, Q; e• Identification and replication of software defects : q$ c z6 f, w
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 5 ]2 [0 H7 T8 T# X# E
• Managing customer expectations
) \) N1 B: g0 I4 a• Documentation of technical procedures 9 O0 s) W: b) K$ d5 I; ]. Q
• Trouble shooting client network issues 0 K- S" |9 c+ w( N5 k
• Optimizing system configurations % [% V' F- f$ _9 N: k
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) % J/ F% e- u5 \! n8 ?6 C8 o; q e
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
