3 m2 ~2 k3 o9 @1 G• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control/ w! [2 |$ R5 Q5 a. u
• Identification and replication of software defects
( J* j: j4 v4 A6 E+ V0 ]• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
9 {/ Q& ], s. \! W' J1 _" B: E• Managing customer expectations
% F8 {+ ]! v* Z• Documentation of technical procedures
& Y2 j, @' J/ ~0 u( B7 a. A. v• Trouble shooting client network issues - w+ v9 l; `8 s+ M# {
• Optimizing system configurations
+ S1 e7 J! I( e6 Q9 B• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
