Position Responsibilities:
- ~5 ~" ~% H2 R•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
! {( j+ n" y2 Q9 r; }5 F•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
* Y4 S  P1 A) m4 \•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
: @$ o5 I% K' |$ z•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
- P  E2 B& ~( [( H# U1 P, T•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Technical writing skills

. ]6 o- i0 q% v; \& c# \& u  x•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
