Position Responsibilities:
- ~5 ~" ~% H2 R• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control" U8 Y* W0 g/ L; m
• Identification and replication of software defects
! {( j+ n" y2 Q9 r; }5 F• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
* Y4 S P1 A) m4 \• Managing customer expectations - J0 ^: r! o! V% Y/ ?3 R
• Documentation of technical procedures 5 j3 G1 m. R) g7 e) ~6 u1 N5 ~# `
• Trouble shooting client network issues ) S. \" c( \# _% l& a
• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Technical writing skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
