Position Responsibilities:
9 f6 ~$ Y2 A/ H3 S• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control" f" ?* l: \/ o3 [0 O0 z( }
• Identification and replication of software defects b5 F& t: P$ R+ z
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients \4 ^* C; c: k, Z$ b j- \
• Managing customer expectations
5 C4 p, V0 k8 y! `+ _• Documentation of technical procedures , j& k# @' J1 b
• Trouble shooting client network issues
( l' ` \" ^; @: `+ O2 [# ^• Optimizing system configurations
1 q' A8 W; U, g h) w" M0 W• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 2 u Y# n1 N$ d* }4 ~* e
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
" t6 U6 t( l* h- K8 B! s m( R% B• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Technical writing skills

• Network trouble shooting skills
