On Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, the University of Alberta Museums present the annual Science Sunday, an afternoon of discovery for kids aged 5 to 12.

% [- z- j+ r$ _Bring your children, grandchildren, or young friends to explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities, including:1 h W! F; X5 @. A1 H/ R

learning about animal noises with John Acorn, the Nature Nut
9 j5 ] N- ?: N% \" ]digging for and examining fossils
2 F' A( g& e$ {1 b5 k/ Uexploring the impact of meteorites on the surface of the earth

“Junior researchers” can drop in any time during the afternoon with an adult chaperone to participate. Pre-registration is not required. Admission is by donation.) z$ b8 S# a6 g! |4 E4 L
