you have three methods to book an appointment.

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
3 {% M' g& E8 o3 g   Thomson Prometric Test Center
2 J+ b4 D0 v) h            6715-177 TH ST
you take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
