Cantonese Pork Hocks Ginger

Prepare:   2 por hocks, chop chunk, 20 slice ginger without peel , 6 boil eggs without peel. sweet vinegar . (BAI ZHEN sweet vinegar is best, if you don't have that, you still can use Zhe Vinegar, Bai Vinegar and brown sugar )
' k& d% f+ \& A8 B" N" U/ e; | Bring all stuffs to boil by hight heat 10 mins, than cook by middle heat 20mins, ALL DONE!

It is easy ....but it hot too.......Enjoy it!
