Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
- ^# D0 I5 l, Z: k: {$ [One local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
Another said:” maybe means shutdown.”
! l2 f3 K5 S# E' T" @) j& g4 bMy foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
