Primary Focus
' @- f4 V6 I' D9 k0 l' K# l. y$ T Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

: a; W, I" d1 D" K; ~3 jResponsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

4 W3 ^6 e& [0 |2 UResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects. 8 s( M9 ]& W' c- G5 D4 N

Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate 4 z' V9 P/ T0 m- P8 e" y8 s

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

7 T8 d, Z7 @1 u+ FManaging critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards, 7 F( X! V+ `- I: Y

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,

& `. G# Q1 ]3 H& ?0 ^9 ^Engaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

4 G$ K% B$ i6 v( f. v! `! k( tDeveloping and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date, ! k, Z- ]# `6 M/ A2 k; b

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers, ' f, y, \2 z9 @! |9 ?

Leading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects, 7 S' f1 q6 s9 t' R/ d

Qualifications * I. s2 G* y; j4 j( {
Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

4 _, U$ w# a0 I2 w; q" K10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment. * A7 f4 ~& q5 j6 l- i
8 b7 ]2 }7 L3 K6 L; a, z& v/ n, Y
5+ years AutoCAD experience. , O: w$ x; q, O# N
# H' d. R o8 G3 B4 i8 p
Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.
