The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to & z2 {0 i# i0 ?! C5 {3 bTools -> Internet Options % @8 g; W% m! X' ~2 [) I/ }$ lClick the Connections Tab" w! m2 u3 w7 m
Click the the "Lan Settings" button + }% e# i/ c5 l' P& `Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings" . a; I) |$ e- Z9 W. _- wClick Ok 0 j. Q7 C3 ]) Q( _7 c. KClick Ok / V' P1 |( G5 M6 E( }, ^+ ? % g5 k3 B* V. Q) l' x$ vThe user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
