Recruit Participants

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy) @8 _. w; O' z& V$ t( y$ g# v1 w+ r
- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities. i* B+ s1 z) G# R

- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

Plan and Facilitate identified public events

- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation

- developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
