Recruit Participants

. j% q' v+ b- {9 \: q; m0 a- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy

Organize Leadership Training Sessions: W+ y; z" i7 v' c+ K/ x3 R
- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

- Also with program manager, create a logic model for each project with activities; short, medium, and long term outcomes; and indicators

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

Project Evaluation
2 d v) r& ~2 @- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation

- degree or diploma in human services field
