我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？

刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明

我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
university, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
* O' e; T7 R/ I: Dstatus of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
0 |& y0 ^3 t7 ~* G8 m; Y8 jinternational students in the admission stage.

8 g8 d  F; u; i1 w; f5 DThe second sentence means that even you are considered as an
international student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
+ t) X8 k$ ], s# D- B+ g9 h; o申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

一般申请的时候都要提交申请材料，那我现在citizenship Status in Canada上填什么好呢？
我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
