person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
( z+ Y' M) ]3 p2 Z( J$ K- fSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

7 B7 x/ a/ r+ F- P& nI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
" m4 s# S& H- w1 V# N( j* g30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
6 j" ?! z" W5 p# c# _, O. {months, so it is still quite clean.

: M9 Y( r' h2 o* uYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
