I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
( ~( U% W& x& s/ u' Kperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

7 e' {: Z1 H+ f  I2 j3 JI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
3 n' ?) E( R0 u2 c  Z$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
* X+ X% `/ [6 \- m6 {$ @be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
4 K1 r7 }* f6 e8 Y30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
. c) z7 N% e2 M! Cmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
, S- V, T7 n! X0 p0 O3 [4 E. G4 `after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
