; w1 u( S6 f5 ^% x. L) Lperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
4 a! x' p! G% `(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
4 v8 n! ]3 D& G3 x. Z' R6 x/ LSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

  \' x& W! i# e4 y5 G' x# U0 T/ FI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
1 ?$ }0 [0 S' g$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
1 Y0 x/ Q$ N, P- jbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor

0 {$ ?, Q/ u2 O/ }' j& Clease required.
