NDT Technician

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings
) }3 d  S& @' x3 h$ h. z
Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

Responsibilities:

4 v8 r2 N8 s4 y8 n4 {" h0 H( jOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
7 E$ g( m/ l& L' T' wThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
$ N% r5 V: h& g0 BClearing testing locations / dig clean

+ b4 `  r% C- C" k' @3 F$ ?
Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
' p4 T+ k/ W! ~( t8 R% [" c! AAbility to drive in tailings locations
4 k( V# a9 O+ v  E8 w/ gKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
