6 v/ s! _/ k( J" z2 O# zReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ h* R7 m$ E: G$ Q+ q1 c( S        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
. u+ L( N, X% E. s& \5 M" d, y* i5 H        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
+ N: k6 Z' Y/ W( i+ F: o! i
7 T) E' b% p5 D: r  I8 JQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
- u* B) H! F# ^1 R) v7 ]•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
2 t: V5 x9 e6 x- v, I; x# c/ }2 ~  M•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
1 Q# A2 v$ B1 h+ V2 l: R% U. d•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
