1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
! P @' ]; J: j You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your( _# T; Y; L# d3 W5 d" s
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of% o) e; c5 o: X, f9 K+ W8 f, s
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as1 l* F5 q. n9 f n: B1 v! a$ a
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same3 P3 f! E: k, I9 B3 @) Z: ~
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
2 W+ w* h2 s, e+ Y8 u6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on/ Y& F4 `( g5 ]$ [: k* ]
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of5 ?5 u" c1 P3 V9 i0 n! M
campsite; and the service type. 3 ?9 U* N6 O4 Z# `: `( q- K; S; d$ S
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously1 e" ~2 h+ ^ N9 {4 `6 R
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.4 M0 x( O5 ?7 [+ G4 z5 B O% L
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the- K* l o2 p( [- T. n6 R% N

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
3 P# r& ~8 Z" ^! ^5 ~! \ will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you3 g8 x# ~0 P7 \8 g- ~
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:$ N, N: U M9 n0 G. K8 ]7 j
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,6 Y& w4 @# d7 S- A
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
7 M9 `, Y2 N7 G# Z8 i reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

Changes and cancellations after check-in

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to) @0 {# ] e1 l+ b
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be8 [9 N2 S: B" y) n$ o( O
guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change" A7 L1 }% e9 ]" Q0 u- g
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the% r4 x7 x) L8 U. H) @& {- E, `
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80( ?4 x/ f( p9 Z: a, F

14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
# y+ m! x4 K/ J* ~ earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground. U4 O3 X% h6 J# d' l
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
$ Q& }1 Q; v; P! y; a+ n! `6 \ will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please8 Z! S6 {2 H2 e
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground
% \# j8 X% O' ?0 P# ^ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact( D4 `( z6 d2 r: K
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,& a' t$ Z% U/ N0 ^8 S& f

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
/ w/ m- c- n D0 l, C& X If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your/ j# e0 X4 ]; f0 c
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two) A7 _" {. }" H( k. Q
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see' C1 C9 n0 ^: u2 H/ v: [7 U8 q

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your

K1 c) d6 S: I; U) O) t4 j your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

/ l4 U3 n3 U$ l4 ?- C. Y' O When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

2 I5 I! H& J( v If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees: Q3 [5 R% e7 y! n, a; m, m
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
