9 s& d& D8 T" p2 X/ a- TPosition Abstract: support the Native Seniors' Centre office, personnel, programs/services in accordance with its mission, vision & mandate, by ensuring Policies, Procedures and Society Bylaws are adhered to; and, to carry out/implement key tasks as directed by the Board.* `/ V/ |' f% n$ l" p0 l

Qualifications: 2 to 5 years work related experience in an office environment & knowledge of general office duties/procedures; Office/Records Management and an Accounting Diploma; previous experience working with a Board of Directors and non-profit organizations; knowledge of preparing and submitting funding applications; knowledge of MS Software/Excel and an aptitude for software applications; knowledge of Community Agencies; experience in implementing services and programs for members and Seniors.: t0 r3 L5 A7 R& F9 h" F' L

PLUS: possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle & submit an updated driver’s abstract; provides an updated criminal record (CPIC) check that includes a search for working with people in the “vulnerable sector” + knowledge & respect of Aboriginal culture/traditions; knowledge of Cree language an asset; Oath of Confidentiality must be signed prior to commencing employment.'
