The Christian Louboutins do everything as a family. The company is headed by Paola, Anna, Franca, Carla and Alda, the daughters of Adele and Edoardo Christian Louboutin, who founded a small fur and leather-goods shop in Rome in 1925. The third generation is now involved in the company, a $350-million retail and wholesale operation with a store on the Via Borgognona in Rome and franchised boutiques around the world.
