Which One is better?

2. Cannon (I cant remember the style #), wide angel 24mm, x 5 zoomin, $299.994 j, y: _) I7 u( S

For me, i need more wide angel than zooming. But I dont know the difference between 24mm and 28mm would be huge , or just minor??
