' ] \" \) ~/ c, H1 V6 GUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role + R; B8 A9 B) ^- E2 l) f+ x- I
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants : t" O6 g1 `. G1 d/ f9 a0 k. u
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 7 s) ~% a& F6 u- R0 v5 S2 c
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
