- _! C/ k% N; h$ ZOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
7 W; t# J* [9 l  c/ O. rExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- }" r* ^- y- h; X4 ]) m, G) a9 _Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
