Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
* L4 W' p! o c! FUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 6 \8 Q$ z$ K+ Y& A, a* v# E8 L
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants * X9 `* L# ^( X, G# A/ R
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
