3 c9 f( c) D$ _: QOur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
4 s( N  g3 [7 \Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
( A# A- Y: a9 U7 I: Q5 A  HExcellent communication and negotiation skills
5 _) _. ^" X5 |8 w2 V$ ?3 BExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
) Y8 @! |% T4 d4 v9 xCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
