Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields

Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
3 w9 ^' H% l7 l* _! [; YExcellent communication and negotiation skills
; {& M" p" x+ ^' m6 i3 k' y6 P" NExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
. T, i4 ^( r8 v9 r* nCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
