( H0 E' }% f( ?7 _. lPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
5 i) q+ }. x( t! `' l. w9 \Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, h  Y+ P$ p3 v' l# d) RAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
2 E0 R0 g+ N4 V; l" kExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
# D& a* m* c3 Z5 N. C$ C/ |Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
' I- }& u1 W9 w" F3 BComputer proficiency
- u% L% u+ W: ?# p6 a! tStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
7 ^8 T" g  x  gUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
