Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

  E9 X+ N7 F* M9 s' D! Q- O$ g* KExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
" V, e3 @1 Y( T" f; l7 P/ uAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
" e9 F. b0 Q3 g& X1 q% QExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
+ r- `6 I% J7 V0 _" c" cComputer proficiency
. e' e' f  u, L) B5 `8 _+ R9 a1 B# NStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
