Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
9 r/ H. r8 B6 W7 H$ LAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
1 Z0 }: y+ V+ V6 {Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
7 c- w: t" [' t2 U2 |" `1 nExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
- y1 q$ E' X0 z. I( {Computer proficiency
) h) h! s& t! t; xStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
# X4 M% b  V; L$ AUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
  N! \7 _# d  h0 B9 lDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
