Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
: Z  j1 ^6 Y# m! V! Q0 J  EAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
1 e& d4 `3 H& b7 t$ v) MExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
2 L; L; U6 [" ~* \Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
% }% h, M8 k; v0 YDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
