Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
3 A$ X4 o/ E! g' ?) ZManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
; ^% o: D; ~' k- @* J; BŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
9 ?6 s+ @5 v6 W- @  P) Hthe organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
- ]9 |; N' f! l/ F9 C! JŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
1 X: u- h# F. c8 v; ~support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
! e& }6 j. f* Z) t: c) W( ]% fimplementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
$ q/ H3 ~0 }5 d" MŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
9 z5 ]/ ?' k' w: gŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
3 `9 Z- _. r% I+ S" Z1 d* k9 {Ÿ Other duties as required.
) E8 H6 B8 ^9 W& B) NQualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
" b2 y( y1 C/ t# m7 s4 \6 [education and experience;
3 |) q  r) o( C" gŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
0 W/ v. ?: [- `' I6 ?3 tverbal and written.
, [7 `/ Q+ d$ R% e) |( H6 e+ b2 OLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
