• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
4 n9 `. z; r  j• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
* u% o$ t! {3 ]1 ]4 U* Q; ]3 H. `7 w• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
