Job Duties / Responsibilities
# ~3 B0 v6 o! P1 a' ]+ jAs Rotating Equipment Discipline team member
• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
6 e# v: }' }; ^2 Y• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
# a8 B, z2 W& n  a! ^- e• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
7 |1 a/ u6 K$ V1 _( \• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
! }; Z' j# c$ S: l# @+ n8 `• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
